FSGA Special Committee Meeting April 2010

Due to the increasing needs and workload of the FSGA Committee and expansion of members to New Zealand, the FSGA Committee would like to increase the committee from the existing 6
members to 9 members which would include: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer
and Public Officer, with the remaining committee members titled “Executive Member”. Executive
Members can then be allocated specific roles such as Newsletter Editor, Webmaster or
representative for a particular region (e.g. New Zealand Representative).
A letter further explaining this change along with changes to membership will be sent to all FSGA
members via post. Any objections or comments can be made and sent to FSGA Secretary Marie
at mc4allen@bigpond.com or post to PO Box 269 Willoughby NSW 2068.
The FSGA Constitution stipulates FSGA must hold a Extraordinary Meeting for these changes to
be approved by the Committee. The meeting will be held by teleconference on the 27th April 2010.

FSGA Conference & AGM 30th October 2010 Sydney

FSGA is currently organising a Fabry Patient Conference and Annual General Meeting. Thank you to those members who filled out and posted or emailed the ‘Expression of Interest’ form last month. As the feedback was somewhat limited, FSGA have organised the FSGA AGM and Conference on half a day only.
